I’m an expert at understanding organizations at scale and identifying misalignments within the structures motivations. (I’m good at helping you break down silos.) I’m able to easily engage directly across teams and funnel the mood on the ground to the executive team.

My process usually involves:

  • Examination of our ability to scale

  • Identification of key issue points prohibiting growth

  • Ideas for implementation of growth

  • Designing an intranet for a global $250M system of AI-assisted industrial smart valves. 

  • Building a system for federal regulation of a $30B market

  • Finding a tele-com giant’s sales team an extra fiscal quarter worth of time per year

  • Identifying a single mailing envelope costing an east coast mortgage company $60M/year and the trust of their customers

When not solving problems for your C-Suite I enjoy life as a socially-confidant nerd in Portland, Oregon with my stunning wife and our adorable wiener dog. I also enjoy DMing TTRPGs, creating pointillism artwork, and cooking for friends.
